Barbecue Is Now A College Course (And We Are Thrilled!)

Looks like we're signing up for a few college classes, folks! South Carolina's Wofford College brings new life to one of our favorite Southern staples with an actual college course in the art of preparing barbecue. The course's tagline? "No Butt Is Too Big." This month-long program was designed to “to help students appreciate both the science of food preparation as well as its culture and history.” Students study from barbecue books and host a community taste test.
